Hi, I’m Vasudha. I’m a Licensed Professional Counselor in Colorado with a private practice in Boulder, where I work with adults navigating anxiety, trauma, identity, and life transitions, with a special interest in supporting fellow therapists. I’m especially drawn to helping therapists create space for their own healing, especially when they are so often the ones holding space for everyone else.

I specialize in the treatment of complex trauma, ADHD, and working with gender diverse individuals. I have my own complex trauma history and journey to understanding and building compassion for my own neurodiversity. My own personal journey informs my work, but I also stay grounded in the awareness of the diversity of the human experience.

Hi I’m Assel Saparova. I am a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist in Florida and Nebraska dedicated to supporting the well-being of therapists through psychotherapy. I hold a Master's degree in Counseling Psychology and I am EMDR trained and also work through IFS and Polyvagal-informed approaches.

I am a Licensed Professional Counselor who provides trauma-informed and client-centered psychotherapy services. I obtained my Masters in Clinical Mental Health Counseling from Regis University, as well as a Bachelor of Science in Psychology from the University of Mary Washington.

Let’s face it, you are aware of what keeps you stuck – you have done your fair share of therapy, have a high level of self-awareness, and can trace the roots of your ‘stuff’ like only a therapist can.

As an IFS Coach and Guide through Inner Ecosystems, I blend my personal experiences with professional expertise to support others on their journey of self-discovery and healing.

I'm Kari Randall, LPC.  I specialize in consultation through the eight phases of EMDR, the Adaptive Information Processing (AIP) model, and Internal Family Systems (IFS).

As a Certified EMDR therapist and Consultant in Training, my focus is on providing therapy for therapists who reside in Arizona, California, Colorado, and Florida to navigate the complexities of anxiety and trauma rooted in aspects such as parenting dynamics, family history, and work-related burnout and stress.
