Crystal built the framework through complex‑trauma practice, consultation, and years of advanced IFS and EMDR training. She presented it at the 2025 EMDRIA Conference, then built the training path clinicians were asking for. The aim is bigger than one program: client to trained therapist, therapist to consultant, consultant to future trainer.
