You hold so much.
Mother. Therapist. Business owner. Partner. Daughter. Friend.
You juggle all the roles. You hold space for clients, partners, children, and communities. You are the strong one, the steady one, the one who gets
it done.
But inside?
There are parts of you that feel pulled in too many directions. Parts that want to rest. Parts that wonder, Who’s
holding me?
This retreat is for you: the space-holders, the village-builders, the ones craving a day to drop the mask, reconnect with your own inner system, and remember: You are not alone.
