Hi, I’m Vasudha. I’m a Licensed Professional Counselor in Colorado with a private practice in Boulder, where I work with adults navigating anxiety, trauma, identity, and life transitions, with a special interest in supporting fellow therapists. I’m especially drawn to helping therapists create space for their own healing, especially when they are so often the ones holding space for everyone else.

As a South Asian Indian American woman and the child of immigrants, I know what it’s like to move between cultures, question expectations, and work toward a life that feels true to who you are. My own healing journey has deeply shaped both my life and the way I show up in this work. It has taught me the importance of using your voice, making room for yourself, and untangling the patterns that keep you disconnected from who you are.

Over the years, I’ve worked with clients in community mental health, university settings, and private practice, including four years at CU Boulder’s Office of Victim Assistance, where I supported survivors navigating trauma, crisis, and recovery. I’m Level 2 trained in Internal Family Systems (IFS) and trained in EMDR, currently working toward certification. I support therapists seeking care around burnout, compassion fatigue, perfectionism, identity, and the challenge of tending to themselves while showing up for everyone else. My work with therapists of color is rooted in cultural attunement and shaped by both my lived experience and my clinical work with clients navigating identity, belonging, and the impact of systemic stress. My approach is warm, collaborative, and trauma-informed, and our work will center your cultural, historical, and ancestral wisdom to support healing.

Outside of the therapy office, I love spending time with family, traveling, connecting with friends, and trying out new recipes.
