I'm Crystal Hines, LPC, an expert in EMDR and IFS, and passionate about bringing our humanness into the work we do. My healing style is rooted in intuitive wisdom drawn from my own lived experience and complex trauma journey. I'm committed to empowering individuals on their unique healing paths, firmly believing in everyone's innate expertise toward health.
As a bold entrepreneur not afraid of taking risks and making mistakes, and a mother of three young girls, I navigate life's complexities with a direct yet compassionate approach, holding space for your growth. My Experience
I am an expert in both EMDR and IFS. I’m an EMDRIA Approved Trainer and Consultant, and an IFSI Approved Clinical Consultant and Certified Level 2 Therapist.
My style as a healer comes from a place of intuitive wisdom from my own lived experience. I am open about being a complex trauma survivor, having an ACE score of 10, and loving being a client.
I believe that we all are the experts in our own lives and healing journeys and I empower people to tap into their own inner knowing.
My Journey and My Why
I am doing this work because I believe therapists deserve better.
We have been willing to settle for less for way too long. Therapists deserve to make a livable wage, work with their dream clients, have work/life balance, and not have to settle for working for agencies or corporations that value money over people.
My journey to get here has been full of polarities: heartbreak and love, disconnection and connection, despair and contentment, failure and success. I am working on accepting that living with polarities is what it means to be human. Being heartbroken means we are human. I find myself regularly humbled by the lessons of life and continue to tap into the never-ending well of wisdom and intuition within me.
