Morgen Villegas, LCSW, LAC, ACS, ADS, EMDR Consultant, IFS Level 1
Welcome — I'm so glad you're here.
This is a supportive, affirming space where your healing is possible. As a Certified EMDR Therapist and Consultant, I specialize in working with therapists like you—licensed in Arizona, California, Colorado, Florida or Minnesota—who are navigating anxiety and trauma rooted in family dynamics, parenting, or burnout from a demanding or toxic work environment.
Therapy for Therapists
If you're a therapist seeking your own healing, you might find yourself:
Struggling with a complicated relationship with your parents
Parenting while trying to break generational cycles
Wrestling with self-worth or self-doubt
Overwhelmed by burnout or a workplace that no longer feels aligned
With over a decade of experience as a therapist—and a lifelong commitment to my own healing—I offer more than just clinical expertise. My work is also deeply personal. I come to this work with a history of childhood trauma and a dedication to conscious, connected parenting as a mother of two. My approach weaves together EMDR, Internal Family Systems (IFS), and parts work, all held within a trauma-informed, inclusive, and affirming lens.
EMDR Intensives
If your schedule makes weekly therapy feel out of reach—or if you're simply craving deeper, focused work—I offer retreat-style EMDR intensives. These are half- or full-day sessions over 2–3 days and provide you with the benefit of multiple sessions in a compressed timeframe.
If you've been hesitant to try EMDR, intensives are a powerful way to build safety and trust with the process. You'll have the time and space to explore your inner world through the lens of parts work and IFS, allowing for meaningful shifts without the stop-and-start of traditional therapy sessions.
Clinical Supervision & Training
Have you ever wondered what it would be like to offer clinical supervision? Or maybe you're already a supervisor and want support in deepening your skills. I offer “supervision of supervision” for licensed professionals pursuing their Approved Clinical Supervisor (ACS) credential across 15 states. I trained under supervision expert and TED speaker Khara Croswaite Brindle and bring a collaborative, empowering approach to the process.
If you're a pre-licensed practitioner in Colorado (LCSW, LPC, or LAC), I also offer individual supervision sessions. My style is relational and informed by a commitment to inclusivity and contextual understanding.
Areas of Focus Include:
Anxiety
ADHD
Trauma
Mindfulness
EMDR
Substance Use
Chronic Health Conditions
Preferred Supervision Modalities:

As a bonus, I can sign off on your clinical licensure hours (LPC, LCSW, LAC) and your 20 EMDR Certification consultation hours—so you can meet multiple professional goals in one space.
EMDR Consultation
Whether you're completing your Basic Training consultation hours or working toward EMDR Certification, I offer consultation through an IFS-informed lens. Together, we'll explore how your clients' systems—and your own—show up in the therapeutic space. I'm currently engaged in ongoing consultation myself and deeply believe in the power of collaborative growth.
