Crystal is a recognized educator and thought leader advancing trauma therapy through presentations, published resources, consultation, and training. Her work asks clinicians to understand protection before they label resistance, and to include their own nervous systems in the clinical picture.

She brings more than 15 years in mental health, 14+ years as a licensed counselor, and extensive experience teaching EMDR and IFS integration.
