Judith Kramer, BCC, IFS - L3 Certified
As an IFS Coach and Guide through Inner Ecosystems, I blend my life experience and intuition with professional expertise to support therapists and other professionals on their journey of self-discovery and healing.
My background in Kundalini Yoga and Reiki led me to Internal Family Systems (IFS), which is a transformative framework for understanding human nature and overcoming personal challenges. Through IFS, I help individuals explore their inner ecosystems, embracing all aspects of themselves and discovering the healing power of connecting with their true Self.
My approach is influenced by my many roles - such as parent, spouse, sister, daughter, friend, and many more, as well as my love to travel, discover, and learn from people. These experiences enrich my work, allowing me to connect at a deeper level with a diversity of clients.
I believe in doing one’s own work before and while helping others. Through my own therapy, I’ve come to deeply respect and appreciate therapists. You are such a gift in this traumatized world, and it is truly meaningful for me to support therapists in their work.
I tailor my approach to each client's unique needs, combining various techniques to create a personalized program. Together, we'll embark on a journey of self-discovery, compassionately embracing all parts of you and guiding you back to your authentic Self.
I'm excited to explore your path and help you unlock your full potential. Let's begin this transformative journey together!
