Why this program exists
The next rung was requested by the clinicians already climbing.
Clinicians learning Crystal’s framework began asking for a consultant‑development path built in the same framework.
Morgen Villegas helped shape the answer from inside that path as a clinician pursuing IFS certification and EMDR consultant development. Together, the demand from graduates and the realities of consultant formation became this year: observed practice, consultation of consultation, group leadership, and advanced education.

- 20 consultation-of-consultation hours: 10 group with Morgen + 10 individual split between Crystal and Morgen
- Shadow one consultation group and guest-consult in five
- At least one recorded consultation reviewed with feedback
- 9 CEs through Align, including Beyond the Basics and consultant training
- 37-page guidebook, shared resource drive, and primary-consultant recommendation letter

You finish a structured year of consultation-of-consultation, observed practice, group leadership, and advanced education. The program supports your development toward EMDRIA Approved Consultant requirements; EMDRIA independently determines eligibility and confers that credential.
