You already trust EMDR. This is the year it becomes fluid: reprocessing with the pacing and compassion of parts work, learned from Crystal and supported by Morgen. The cohort gathers the consultation, advanced education, recommendations, and documentation described below into one clear path. EMDRIA independently reviews and confers its credential.

The room
A cohort capped at four clinicians, with Crystal and Morgen as your consultants. Morgen leads every monthly consultation group.
The clinical framework

The cohort is organized around the clinical capabilities Crystal teaches across all eight phases of EMDR. When activation brings a protective response into the room, clinicians learn to recognize it, build a parts‑aware relationship with it, and assess whether processing can continue safely.

EMDR remains the clinical foundation. IFS informs how the therapist understands protection, pacing, consent, and relationship throughout the protocol.
The scaffolded year
Held the whole way up.
Crystal's word for the program is scaffolded: the education, consultation, and application support are sequenced across the year.
- 10 monthly group consultation hours — a small cohort led by Morgen Villegas, EMDRIA Approved Consultant.
- 10 individual consultation hours — five with Crystal Hines and five with Morgen, scheduled at your pace.
- 12 on-demand advanced CEs through TTI — Crystal’s six-hour IFS-Informed EMDR course plus six prepaid CEs toward a second TTI course you choose.
- Application support — demonstrations, an evolving resource hub, a consultant recommendation from Morgen, and two peer recommendations from your cohort.
