At Align, we view our work from a holistic perspective and take a mind/body/spirit approach in the therapy room. As a practice, we believe in empowering individuals on their unique healing paths, firmly believing in everyone's innate expertise toward health, and we are looking for therapists who share this view. Our clinician contractors integrate a combination of IFS parts-work, EMDR, and somatic approaches in their work and we are seeking therapists who are trained in these modalities.
This role is a 1099 contracted position, and will require the clinician to work fully remotely from their home or office. You choose how many referrals you want to take at any given time.
We are creating a team of expert therapists who are uniquely skilled at supporting other therapists. We look forward to meeting you!
What We’re Looking for:
We are looking for a therapists who are skilled at holding space for other therapists. You are at a point in your career where you want to take your skills to the next level, are no longer intimidated by working with other therapists, and know how essential it is to do your own healing work that is beyond surface level.
Ideal therapists are those who are grounded in their expertise as clinicians, while also coming from a place of humility, and value the wisdom of lived experience. Finally, we always value other therapists who recognize that we cannot do this important work alone and value the healing that happens in the context of our community.
Minimum Requirements:
EMDR Trained
IFS-informed or Level 1 trained
Licensed for at least 5 years
Genuinely enjoy other therapists
Believing that therapists deserve high quality support
Bonus Qualifications:
EMDR CIT or Consultant
IFS Certified or Consultant
Interested in or already qualified to provide supervision to pre-licensed therapists
Interested in or already offering IFS EMDR Intensives
Interested in or already offering retreats for therapists

Receive our competitive flat rate of $120 an hour for all the work we send to you. Only take the clients you want, and work when your schedule permits.
