Many times, life transitions and unresolved trauma can make us feel like there is no way out. It can be overwhelming. But it does not have to be like that. As your therapist, I can provide a supportive nonjudgmental space for you to explore and resolve issues related to past trauma and/or present moment challenges.

I am a Venezuelan immigrant Bilingual Licensed Clinical Social Worker. I work in a private practice. The focus of my work is: family relationships, intimate partner violence, childhood abuse and neglect, sexual abuse and issues of acculturation, immigration, and identity. My approach in therapy is largely strength based with strong emphasis on social justice. In my work I integrate EMDR, Sensorimotor Psychotherapy as well as IFS to support trauma reprocessing and post traumatic growth.

I strongly believe we are resilient, and that we are capable of healing. As a therapist, I can provide the space, and the tools for you to become your best self. Looking forward to meeting you.
