Let’s face it, you are aware of what keeps you stuck – you have done your fair share of therapy, have a high level of self-awareness, and can trace the roots of your ‘stuff’ like only a therapist can.

And as a therapist, you want to experience the healing and growth that you offer your clients – Heck, your belief in the healing process is what got you into this work in the first place! You deserve the same healing you so readily help your clients achieve. Wouldn’t it be nice to have someone else hold the space for you for once?

I offer IFS EMDR Intensives for therapists looking to tackle what’s keeping them from showing up for themselves, their clients, and the people they love (learn more about my intensives HERE). With advanced training in EMDR, Internal Family Systems, Complex Trauma, and Somatic Experiencing, I bring a wealth of skill, awareness, and passion to the work we do together. I’ll own it - I’m a complete trauma treatment nerd! I feel honored to partner with helpers and healers along their own transformation journeys.

The work we do together is not just healing, it’s the avenue to becoming You.
