IFS-Informed EMDR Certification Program
Taught by Crystal Hines and Morgen Villegas
This one of a kind, all inclusive program is a 12-month commitment, cohort style. We’ll start and finish with a small group of like-minded EMDR therapists who want to have the IFS-informed EMDR specialty.
By the end of the program you will move through the integration of IFS and EMDR with ease and confidence.

Experiential EMDR Consultation
Helping you move from being stuck with clients to back into your natural rhythm.
We strongly believe that we become amazing therapists once we tap into the wisdom of our own lived experiences and know the humbling experience of being a client. Our consultation style is just that: intuitive and from each of our own lived experiences, combined with our expertise in the field of mental health. We will ebb and flow between didactic and experiential learning based on what you need in the moment. All of our Consultants come from a Polyvagal and Parts-Informed lens, and have extensive training in IFS and/or Ego-States.
Experiential IFS Consultation
Expanding your skills with parts work.
Internal Family Systems (IFS) is such a beautiful therapeutic modality. It is necessary to have a felt sense of this model in order to offer this healing to your clients. We know it is difficult to get into IFS trainings, so this service is offered to anyone who is interested in diving deeper into understanding parts work. If you are already IFS trained, Crystal is an Approved Clinical Consultant and would love to help you deepen your IFS skills. If you are working toward IFS Certification, these hours count.
IFS-Informed Supervision for LPCC, LSW, and LAC
Compassionate, holistic supervision.
We are very relational in our approach and understand that our supervision relationship mirrors a therapeutic relationship. We work with you to balance skill development with understanding the parts of yourself that contribute to who you are as a therapist. Our therapists have worked in both community mental health and private practice and have experience working with all ages and almost all clinical issues.

Business Coaching for Therapists
Practical advice to grow and scale a successful practice.
Running a therapy business is a different challenge than running any other small business. In our training, we help therapists with the unique challenges of building and scaling a successful practice.
Social Groups
With the intention of connection in mind, I've created two groups where we can be in community more regularly on Facebook
and LinkedIn.
These private groups are a safe and supportive space for therapists to connect, share and grow together. Our mission is to garner authentic relationships amongst professionals who are passionate about strengthening their practices and thriving both personally and professionally. Come join us at no cost!
Rates:
Our rates range from $190-$210/hour for individual services and $70-$90/hour for group services.
Location:
All services done virtually via zoom unless we decide to meet in person at a park or coffee shop in the Denver/Boulder metro area.

This is such a fun, playful way to offer support! I started offering this to therapists before the pandemic shifted so many of us into the virtual world, and I have continued to build my relationship with the cards. In a reading with me you can expect to get in touch with your intuition and inner wisdom through exploring an intention, curiosity, or question with the cards. You will pick a deck that you feel drawn to, we will decide together which type of reading fits with your intention, and then I will connect to your energy and we will see what wisdom the cards have in store!
